A habit that they don’t want to give up

Packages getting deliveredDwain McDonald, DPD’s CEO, is, of course, extremely proud of the result: “This is becoming a habit, and it isn’t one that we want to give up! While it is the sixth time we’ve topped this poll, we never take anything for granted. We will enjoy this. When nearly 8,000 customers vote, you have to take it seriously. But the nature of this industry is that you have to perform to the highest possible standards every single day of the year, no matter what the roads or the weather throw at you. The whole team deserves massive credit and it is great for everyone involved in the operation to know that their efforts are appreciated by the parcel recipients“.
