You can export a CSV file directly to Royal Mail DMO, which will allow you to transfer multiple order in one go. You MUST have setup your DMO account first in order to be able to use this feature!!

1. Go to Orders tab and select the order you to export
2. Go to Actions -> Export to Royal Mail DMO
3. The file will then be downloaded to your PC

Please make sure you have a Microsoft Excel installed on your computer in order to open the .CSV format file
