Here’s a quick guide on how to connect BigCommerce with Nventree.
After creating your Nventree store you will be redirected to the Dashboard where you can choose the option to Add Platform.
If you already connected a platform and want to connect a new platform you will find the option under Settings-> Platforms
On the top left corner if you hover over the House icon you will find the Create option.
The option to select which Platform you want to connect to will be available after clicking on the Create button.
After you get to this page give the platform a name, and you will have to get the credentials from BigCommerce to set-up the connection.
Steps you need to take in BigCommerce:
1.Login to your BigCommerce admin panel.
2.Go to Settings. Then scroll down to the bottom and select API Accounts.
3.Click Create API Account button.
4. In the Token type field, choose V2 API Token. Use Nventree in the Name field.
5. Under OAuth Scopes, set the permission to Modify for the API resources:
– Products
– Channel Listings
– and Read-only for the rest.
6. Click on Save button. If it’s successful, a .txt file containing the API credentials will download to your computer and a pop-up containing the same credentials will be displayed, if not, please copy these credentials into a text file for safe keeping.

If you are done inserting the required credentials press Test Connection, then the platform will be created.
After connecting you will be sent back to Nventree where you have to set up the platform settings you want to use.
