For now refunding will work only locally so any refunding you do in Nventree will not update your platforms.
If you would like to refund your orders we recommend to do it on your platforms and Nventree will pick up the new status in the next 15 minutes.
But if you desire to use the Refunding in Nventree then :
1) Find your order in the orders page table where you have the “Order” column.
2) Click on the orange colored order number (ie. ORD0000044511 )
3) You will notice the red button “Refund”
This will send the order from “Awaiting postage” to “All orders”
